BETTY SENATORE

Born in Tuscany but living in Rome, she works both on theatre stages and radios, and also takes up the career of dubber and presenter. She has an energetic and bubbly personality. She anchors the program 'Ladies and Capital', broadcasted everyday at 10.00am on Radio Capital. She will bring Piazza San Marco to the new year, through the kisses and fireworks of Love 2012 night.

VENEZIA SUONA LOVE BAND
A multi-ethnic music band specifically produced for the event in Piazza San Marco and formed by musicians with a high value background.
In the group: the Bahiana singer Rosa Emilia (important collaborations with Jaques Morelenbaum, Fabrizio de Andrè, Marcos Suzano) and the Cuban percussionist José Antonio Molina Ponce, who performed with Pachito Alonso, Orchestra Manguaré, Edoardo Bennato, Tullio De Piscopo and Eumir Deodato.

DJ MACI
He was born in Venice, where he took his first steps on local radios, conducing successful programs that soon led him to be one of the most popular entertainers of the Venetian nights. He alternates live shows live with the recording. In 2009 he released a single titled "Every Sing", a house version remake of the famous "Dancing Queen” by Abba, and in 2010 his first mini-ep of house music (free download). The stage of Piazza San Marco hosted many performances by Dj Maci, during the New Year’s Eve or the Carnival, since the first edition of "Love 2008".

JAMMIN' SOUL LOVE
Musical group composed by young and skilled musicians from Reggio Emilia and Mantova, that will propose an involving repertory based on the vocal skill of the singers Elisa Aramonte e Flavia Quass, artists with a flawless technique and provided of a natural and contagious energy.

RUDI ZUGNO
Comedian and impersonator, he wrote and performed many cabaret shows, repeated in many theatres and squares of Italy. To describe the comedy of Rudi, it is enough to use only few worlds: simple, direct, dreamy, maybe a little irresponsible but always tied to our life. He attracts every sort of public being ironic on the aspects of everyday life.

BRUNA MALAGUTTI
A lover of the radio. She started to perform very young during the 70’ and the energy has not yet gone. Music is her life and her life is music. Dj, speaker, dubber, audio books, everything that is about voice fascinates her.

NEW YEAR'S EVE TOAST
For New Years’s Eve toast in Piazza San Marco, the winery Canella will offer to everybody a Bellini, a typical Venetian cocktail made with local ingredients, starting from the white peaches produced in the countryside of San Donà di Piave, in the Venetian territory. Canella has realized 10.000 "limited edition 2012" new aluminium bottles, that will be distributed starting from 11.00pm in a special structure close to Palazzo Ducale.
The new aluminium bottle was born last year, for the Venetian New Year’s Eve: unbreakable, 100% recyclable, light, it has been appreciated insomuch as the 10.000 bottles realized for the event had been run down. The same bottle, mass-produced, achieved a big success, winning also the "Oscar for the package 2011" prize, an award reserved to the most innovative packaging.

TRADITIONAL "IBERNISTI" BATH
